I have a chronic hamstring problem and have tried countless wraps over the years. This offers the best build and support, with one modification. To prevent slippage, I run 4-5 narrow beads of silicone caulk along the length of the interior.  Works great to keep the wrap in place during activities while allowing my skin to breathe!

This thigh support would be 100% better for me if it had buckles to enable pulling it tighter.  My arthritic hands can't grip tight enough to pull on the straps hard enough without the help of buckles.
