The first thing I noticed is that it is so much quieter than my old hand held Dyson (which I have had for 12 years). The suction seems to be much better. I also like that I can just wash the filter instead of buying new filters all the time. I have had it for only 2 weeks and have not tried all the attachments yet.

I’ve had this vacuum 3 weeks and it’s really impressive and has made vacuum cleaning light work! It’s great not to worry about the wire and it’s light weight too, so you can easily run up the stairs with it. A full charge is more than enough to clean the whole house top to bottom. The only snag, for me, is emptying out the cylinder…the debris still has to be pulled out by hand as the initial empty does not fully clean it out.

Light weight with great suction power

Very happy with the performance of our Dyson V11! The battery options are ideal for our mix of carpet, rugs and hardwood floors. The battery charges quickly so it’s ready whenever we need it.  The attachments make cleaning easier with options for tight spaces, high ceilings and heavy traffic areas. It’s light enough to carry from upstairs to downstairs easily. It is very quiet. We use it now more then our full size Dyson!

A real time saver!

I have only used it for a few weeks now but find the suction very good.  Also like that there is no cord.  The only thing that I do not like is that you have to keep your finger on the on/off switch.  I wish you could turn it on and leave it on without having to hold the switch, hard if you have arthritis.

New user

I bought this a few weeks ago & I have used it twice since I received it.  I am loving the easy use, it's light enough for me to use as I am elderly.  It has great suction & picks up dog hair.  I love that it uses a battery & I don't have to mess with   cord.  It's a little noisy but not to an extreme.  All of the features it has makes up for some noise.

Third time is the lucky charm.  I already have this model at my home and office. I purchased a third one for our vacation home based on my past experience with the other two machines. I love the light weight, low noise level, and overall cleaning ability.

Great vac. for all jobs

We love our Dyson Because of how light it is to move around how easy it is to take out and do a quick spot vacuuming . The battery charge lasts for A long time and allows us to completely do our two floors . The noise Is minimal and when our cleaning woman was using it we had a tough time telling where she was in the house. The suction was surprisingly strong. The filtration system Was excellent at removing dust and that from the Dirt being vacuumed off so that nothing came through into the house . Our only regret is that we did not buy one sooner

Simply the best

It's going to take a while to get used to this machine.  One troubling feature is having to keep the "trigger" constantly depressed in order to vacuum.  This is probably similar to any battery operated vacuum, but different for me.   I do enjoy not having to trip over a cord. Our house is close to 70 years old with limited electrical outlets, so cordless seemed to be the best option.   Please know that I have a Dyson Animal (no ball) that I purchased close to 10 years ago.  It has great suction, the attachments are readily available and useful, and it has a very long cord.   I will probably always compare any new vacuum with the tried and trusty Animal...and there's no comparison in my opinion.

Corded vs. Cordless

Upgraded from the V10 as the run time had reduced significantly over the last few months. First impressions, a little heavier than the previous machine. Display is a nice touch, however looking like only 30ish minutes of run time on a medium setting. Should be enough to cover downstairs, then recharge for upstairs. Will see how it lasts battery-wise, as the V10 had served us well over the last few years...

Upgrade from the V10...

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL. PURCHASED ON 18 APRIL 2026 AND DURING THE FIRST USE THE CANISTER SEAL BROKE AND CANT REPAIR IT. I NEED A REPLACEMENT CANISTER. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR INFO BECAUSE IVE CALLED AND GET NO ANSWER.
