Takes the work out of guessing how long to cook food. Nothing so far cooked has been a disappointment. Recommend cooking out in the open or on a porch so you don't have the grill smell inside the house. Easy to clean either in the sink or in the dishwasher.

I totally love this grill. To have a grill that will take frozen meat, defrost it and cook it to a prefect..rare..medium or well done each time. It is so outstanding. We use it multiple times daily ..for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus for snacks (Sandwiches). It leaves your meats cooked but moist. My sausage is no loner of hockey puck consistency . It is easy to clean. Every day I am glad we bought it!

The Best Grill

this grill cooks so fast I overcooked the first few things I fixed. I couldn't believe the food was cooked that fast. Now I believe it when it tells me my food is ready.

One of the better grills on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use grill and the buttons are good audio guides on how long to cook the food for. Do note that the grill is heavy and will put weight on the food so try for a lower temperature first. I made a pretty small burger and wanted medium but it was more Medium Well since it was not a thick size. 
The plates are easy to remove and clean and the drip catcher is great to make sure you're not creating a mess.

The grill is wonderful. The only thing I would like to see, especially when grilling steaks, is more lights while it goes through the cycles. We grilled steaks the other night - I like mine medium rare and I pulled my out when it turn the proper color for medium - a little bit too done for my taste. My husband like his medium well. We took his off before it got to the done light - as it was it turned out a bit overdone.

Therefore, when grilling steaks you need to keep a very close eye on them and pull them out well before the appropriate light lites up.

I LOVE IT SO FAR

When I received the grill, I was excited to try it out. I've noticed that the sensor weren't working properly. Every time I would push a meat button it will automatically switch to manual. The grill does do work but I had to check it when it was on manual. I had to return since I couldn't use the orpther feature.

Had to bring back, disappointed.

Disappointed it made a short circuit and fires on first use
