Assembly

We love our glider but, there is a run down  the chair. I do not want to return it but be compensated.  Also after I purchased this glider the price dropped. You said to wait until they billed my card and an adjustment can be made. I paid $159. It is now $135 so I want to receive an adjustment. I tried to send a photo but it is too big. do not know how to make it smaller.  It is a very nice glider.  Thank you
