It's hard to believe they can sell it at this price and still make a profit. It works amazing and with 3 toddlers it makes our life so much easier. The robot runs at night while we sleep and we wake up to a clean home. It even looks more aesthetically beautiful compared to other robots. The quality is incredible, and the app is amazing too. I'm so glad I found this robot and this brand. Absolutely will be buying more of their products in the future

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot has been awesome.  I've never owned one of these before and I'm blown away at how advanced it is.  It took about 10 minutes to map my apartment.  It's able to navigate underneath and between furniture with no issues.  It does a great job of picking up dirt and mopping, and sends me pictures of obstacles and dirt that it finds along the way.  I love how it practically cleans itself too.

Greate Robot

MOVA V50 best of the many on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything was in the shipping container as advertised.  The mapping of the home took some time as the robot "learned" the layout.  Somethings in the manual could be explained a little better.  But I found that on-line videos at MOVA and on YouTube answered and clarified it for me.  It took a little time to understand how to program obstacle crossing feature.   

The unit is extremely quiet and does a great job vacuuming up pet hair.  I would recommend this to anyone that have pets and want to get ahead of keeping the pet hair undercontrol.

Mova 50 and cleaning up pet hair

I was concerned because I have a ruggable that is thin, but it mops around it. It is quiet enough to use while I'm sleeping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ​I recently decided to switch from my Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra to the Mova V50 Ultra Complete, and I have to say that this robot is an absolute powerhouse that genuinely rivals, and in some aspects even outperforms, the flagship models I've used in the past. The value for the price is incredible, especially with the "Complete" edition which includes a generous amount of accessories that will make the robot last a long time. In terms of daily performance, the vacuuming is top-tier, and the mopping system is surprisingly effective; specifically, the features where it extends the mop pads and the side brush to clean deep into corners and right up against the baseboards work perfectly. However, I am giving this 4 out of 5 stars for now because of a few software quirks: I experienced a frustrating glitch initially where the navigation wouldn't let the robot enter accessible rooms, forcing me to re-map the house, and I've also noticed the "CleanGenius" feature sometimes struggles with false positives, identifying cables or carpets on the floor that aren't actually there. Despite these minor AI hiccups, I am really enjoying the device and I am confident that a future firmware update will fix these detection issues; once those improvements happen, I will definitely come back to update this review to a full 5 stars.

Powerful Upgrade from Roborock S8 - Great Value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very surprised how well it does the job. I have 3 long haired cats. Floors are not very dirty. Vacuumed twice and the dust bin was packed with cat hair both times. Second time I selected the intense setting. I can have clean floors every week instead of monthly house keepers. In three months it will have paid for itself. Battery is just ok and enough to vacuum 2000sq ft but to then mop will have to recharge. The App is a little difficult to follow and has a learning curve, at least to a senior. Overall very happy I sprung for this one.

Impressive vacuum and mopping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I am a heavy user of robot cleaners, and here is what I think (I believe certain features will get better / worse over time, and I will make sure to update here with star rating):

Pros:

Incredible Value: Comes with a massive amount of extra accessories (mop pads, dust bags, filters, and full-size cleaning solutions).

Climbing over barriers: Wheels allow it to climb over high thresholds -- this is a luxury feature on other top of the line robots.

Hot water mop washing, and moping (not on unit heating, but just mopping with hot water -- so more like warm water mopping, still much better than cold water though), extendable pads for corners.


Cons

Not so smart avoidance: Now this the big reason why I only gave it a three star instead of five. Despite great value, it is still the top of the line robot vacuum, and the top of the line obstacle avoidance is to be able to avoid cables and ropes (from clothing etc.) This robot does not avoid cables or ropes all the time. I would say it is at around 50% successful rate in my house. This is a big deal because once it is tangled, then robot is not able to return to station, and mop will be wet and stinky, and you can need to find it (sometimes app does not tell you where it is), and move it back. This one would defeat the feature of cleaning-automation, and that's the biggest advantage of using robot vacuum cleaners. Especially during holiday season, I have extension cords, cables lying around for Christmas lighting, and it is simply a hazard to have it running.  I hope this will be solved in future software updates, or it could be the unit that I got it defective, but either way, this is the biggest disappointment, and this feature (failed feature) by itself is worth 2 stars that I deduct despite how good everything else is. 

Inconsistent Smart Features: It is having inconsistent cleaning performance if you set everything to smart and auto. It could be that I have dark colored floors, but I can set everything manually, so not a big deal. 


Overall, great cleaner, fantastic value, cleans well, mops wells, and works great --- if obstacle avoidance can detect all cables. I think hardware-wise, it is capable --- lidar, camera, laser, sensors, etc, etc. It could be only software, which has potential to improve in the future, and I will update my review here. Roborock is great with obstacle avoidance, but expensive. Narwal is great with obstacle avoidance too, but with the worst customer care, so if you have budget, go with roborock, and if you want value, go with this one, but never go with Narwal (I am referring to top of the line models for all these brands).

Only one downside!

I bought this expecting it to be an upgrade from my previous Deebot T20, but it turned out to be a major disappointment.

First, the cleaning performance is underwhelming. It struggles to clean effectively, especially around kitchen aisle and doesn't come close to what I was getting from my previous robot. For a product in this price range, that alone is unacceptable.

But the bigger issue is reliability. The unit failed after only a few months of use, when mopping roller motor died. That's simply not okay for a “premium” device.

What made the situation even worse is the customer support experience. It has been slow, frustrating, and full of back-and-forth with no clear timelines or urgency. At one point, I was offered a $20 coupon as “compensation” after being without a working vacuum for weeks—which honestly felt insulting.

To put this into perspective: my old Deebot stopped working 6 months after the warranty expired, and their support handled it in a completely different way—they sent me a replacement after a 5-minute phone call, no hassle.

Here, it's the opposite experience: delays, unclear communication, and a long process just to get a resolution .

Overall:

Poor cleaning performance
Failed after only a few months
Extremely frustrating customer support

I would not recommend this product and would never buy another Mova product again
