his machine is truly the top of the top for me. I was worried it would be hard to use, but it is incredibly simple - right down to the milk frother.

Now, I have access to all types of coffee drinks such as lattes and capucinos.

Just pop in the pod and choose the size. Beware, this machine does not have a carafe AND you can't use big sized mugs because they don't fit.

The frother is so easy to use but I wish it was a tad smaller as I don't like a lot of dairy in my coffee (or almond milk) and I always seem to have leftovers.

Machine looks sleek but does take up a lot of counter space.

Beautiful machine which makes excellent coffee.

Although we have not had Nespresso very long, we are very much enjoying our coffee.  If we had one negative that would be that we wanted to purchase the 'offer' but it contained coffees that we would not drink so therefore the 'offer' was not such a good offer for us; we did however purchase some coffee that we are enjoying.

Enjoying Nespresso

I simply bought this machine because I previously used a Breville Cafe Roma and I found it time-consuming to froth my own milk and grind my own beans in the mornings.  I'm so happy I switched machines.  The espresso pods taste amazing and I can literally do what I need to do and froth my milk and walk away.  The frother is amazing and works great, but the only thing I will add is if you are lactose like me and need almond, you will need to experiment with different almond milks to see which one froth's best.   So far the one that froths best for me is earth's own organic almond milk.  But if you can have oat milk I do know that the barista Pacifica line does froth really good as well.

Amazing espresso

This machine produces the best coffee ever. It was super easy to set up the machine and there are so many coffee options! I love that it came with the milk frother because it takes your lattes and cappuccinos to a whole new level! Highly recommend this machine definitely worth the purchase!

Best Coffee Ever

If you can't make a day without your coffee, what are you waiting for?  I love the coffee varieties offered.  Single AND double espresso's and many strengths of flavour in coffee.  Beautiful crema ... aroma ... flavour... put a pod in and press the button... that's it!

Mmmmmm... coffee....and espresso!

Purchased this machine as a replacement to the Virtuo Next that continuously had performance issues. Has been working exactly as expected, on a daily basis, since purchase 1 month ago. Really like the large size of water reserve and ability to move from side to side to gain easy access. Only concern is the mechanism to open/close will fail quickly over time.

So far this is almost everything I need. 
I wish pods were more available locally, and I wish I could just brew a big cup of hot water for tea from it instead of breaking out the kettle each time. Even if you supplied a dumb pod that could be used for this for rinsing after a brew has been completed as there is a bit of coffee residue that sits in the machine that goes into the next cup you drink even if just using it for coffee

Milk froths

after 3 months of normal use (I don't drink coffee every day...) the machine no longer works, the water does not make it, impossible to make a coffee flow... I believe there was probably a defect from the beginning, there was always water that flowed before the coffee and often coffee seeds in the poured coffee.....damage

Defectiveness

I absolutely loved this machine, it was sleek and made great coffee. However, it started leaking coffee after just under two years of use (~one coffee per day). 
I would recommend this machine if you're not going for longevity. It felt way less cheap than the other model I just bought to replace it (Vertuo Deluxe Piano Black Flat Head). Loved that they had the matte black (they don't seem to anymore?), as the fingerprints wouldn't show.  
Nespresso isn't helpful at all with repairs once the 1 year warranty is over - I would've paid to have it fixed instead of creating more landfill waste.

Love the machine, leaks coffee after 2 years

Given that Nespresso markets itself as a luxury product, I felt confident in making this purchase. 

In terms of coffee quality, Nespresso is better than keurig and rivals that of standard espresso machines. The product yields a very aromatic smell and balanced (sweetness/bitterness/acidity) flavour.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in the build quality of the machine. The plastic exterior and interior of the machine are compromised and defective. The machine is heavily scuffed and the top layer finishing is mostly removed. It looks outright outright unsafe to use. It came like this right out of the box. Unfortunately, I noticed this right after I had used the machine for the first time. I truly hope that there are no health repercussions from using this unit. I wish I could attach photos to illustrate the unsafe build quality. 

To worsen matters, this product was purchased during the current Covid-19 pandemic and am unsure how return policies are being impacted.
