The griddle performs well and is made of quality materials.  The cooking service is large and well designed.  The grease cup is well thought out, I do wish there was a way to secure it to the frame as it tends to come off when you remove the fabric cover. The standard 28” Griddle with Hood Cover fits well.  This model does not come with wind guards, and I think you will need them as the shelves tend to get hot.  Unfortunately none are specifically designed for the 28XL but the normal 28” after market ones are adequate.  After about 3 uses I noticed a little paint chipping off the hood but everything else looks like it will last a lifetime.

Arrived on time and in great condition.  Had an issue with the lid handle which Blackstone took care of immediately and replaced the handle.  Easy set up!

Excellent product and service!

This is the perfect size for us and it works/cooks/ great. Moved up from a 22 in to a 28 in 3 burner. Wanted a 3 burner and have been waiting for a 3 burner and got it on Christmas sale. Easy to put together. So very pleased.

This was a gift. The recipient loves it !

Bought this for my 12 yr old son for his birthday. Been cooking on it now for two days. We love it and look forward to using it on a regular basis. Only issue, one of the side tables was damaged in shipping. Sent an email to Blackstone, waiting to hear back from them for a resolve.

Almost perfect

This grill is awesome. I love the way it distributes the heat. I've made steaks, eggs, pizza, bacon and more. There is nothing this grill can't cook. I'm looking into wind guards since the three burner doesn't have them already but overall, I love this grill. Easy to put together and heavy duty. Cooking area offers a ton of space. You will not regret purchasing this !

This 28" XL w/hood it's the perfect size for a family of 4 to 5. .. Also it's super easy to load in a truck to take to the park!

The perfect size!

It's a Christmas gift so I really can't give you a fair review. 
Don't know how easy it will be to put together or use.  Fingers crossed that it isn't defective and has to be replaced.

Blackstone- it's a gift for Christmas

A few issues I want consumers to know:
1-Website picture shows 28XL with propane tank.  It is NOT included.
2-Left side shelf paint was bubbled and rusted in the box at delivery.
3-Right side burner would not ignite.  Had to make adjustments to get the burner to fire up.  
If Blackstone is rated the #1 griddle, I'm not convinced.  Very disappointing, especially the way their quality is promoted.
