This product arrived 2 days early.  I took my time assembling the bike finding the assembly manual  to be extremely helpful.  All tools were provided in the kit.  I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bolts had Threadlock already applied.  Time will tell if this bike is durable.

Quality Made

Assembly was straight forward and the product worked as described. Good purchase for my wife who needs the exercise on an indoor mechanical bike like this one. It doesn't take up too much room and moving it around is an easy thing to do with its built in wheels at the front of the unit.

Definitely worth the price paid.

Got this a week ago, got here on time. Finally put it together. It was pretty self explanatory putting together, took about an hour (maybe a little less). The only part that got confusing was attaching the screen part, realized the screws are already in the back of it. Just unscrew and then attach. So far, so good. No issues. Really enjoy it and hope over time it helps with my back and gaining some more strength in my legs that I have lost due to back health problems. :)

I had an issue separate and apart from the actual equipment that gave me an opportunity to deal with Pooboo's customer service (the manufacturer and shipper of this quality recumbent bicycle).  Their response to my issue was prompt and professional.  They were polite TO me, patient WITH me, and went WAY out of their way to make sure that I was totally satisfied.  I would highly recommend Pooboo as an excellent service organization.

So thankful for Pooboo customer service!

Although this is a very inexpensive recumbent bike, it is easy to ride and has the features on it that I needed. It's simple, but effective and definitely worth the money!

Bike seemed pretty nice. after putting it together the parts are pretty cheap. the bike brake handle is wiggles around and the brake doesn't really stop the seat. The brake also makes a loud popping noise when you disengage it. The seat is pretty hard. Hurts your tail bone after 15 mins of sitting on it. You have to assemble the bike from scratch. It doesn't come with just a few pieces to put together fyi if your not good at putting stuff together. The instructions aren't to bad to follow. They have numbers for each step to go along with. The pedals are good and sturdy.

Decent for the price

hard to put together. instruction doesn't help a lot.  once the app is downloaded, it's is only for a trial period of time, which is misleading.  it's not what it appears to be.

I paid 90 extra dollars to have it put together by a professional. my problem with it is that it's not smooth when you're pedaling, I was really hoping the weight of the magnets were going to make a difference like it stated they would. Just not true.

not impressed

I need to find a way to return and get my refund.  False advertising stating it goes up to a 380 weight capacity. As soon as i open the manual,  it states maximum weight capacity is only 220. Why lie?

The picture and the description indicated it was made for use by individules between 5'4" and  6'.  I am 5'4", I had to put the seat all the way to the front of the bike, thus causing me to have to lean to the right or left to peddle, also causing my knees to come up to my chest when trying to peddle.  I couldnt use the bars because they were too high.  the bike its self was very very low to the floor, making it impossable for someone with bad knees to get on and off alone.
