Purchased this for a Christmas gift for my wife. She used it this morning and was pleased. 
I noticed that it is very loud,,sounds like a shop vac running.  It has 2 speeds and a 20 minute timer.
I guess she's happy with it..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my wife. The first 2 times it worked great. But then we found a hole in where the air was escaping. The heating is good but not great. All in all - it's not a $1000  item, so we can't expect it be perfect. It's about as good as you can get for the price point. The machine is quite loud, but after 5 or so minutes. You sort of forget it's there. We are ultimately happy with our product.
