[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is awesome! I used it for tamales, empanadas and tortillas. It works great as a press or press and cook. Well worth it. It saved me so much time!

It's a good size for the price. I usually read all the instructions before basically doing anything, and it was easy to follow. Also made yeast tortillas or non bread. They're good.

Electric tortilla maker

This product made some beautiful tortillas. The trick is to start them off with this and then switch to a comal.

Loved it but it.

Warms existing tortillas as well as makes new ones.  Much better than warming tortillas on a kamal on the stove.

Great Product

The plastic on the handle was easily broken. But it really does the job of making roti, parantha and puri for an indian family home. So I am continuing to use it.

Product is not something we need. Premade raw tortillas are just so much easier

Probably fine, not for us

I love this tortilla maker.  I had another brand in the past and loved it as well.  The Brentwood makes a better tortilla with less effort and cooks it to perfection.

Unfortunately, this machine broke on the third day I used it.  PLEASE get a message to the manufacturer that the plastic press MUST be replaced with a stronger material.   It's such a great machine, but MUST be reinforced to last longer.  At this moment I cannot recommend it to anyone. Also I'm terribly disappointed that I can't use it anymore due to this small little defect---plastic in the spot where the most pressure is put on it to flatten the tortilla.  Otherwise it was so perfect and made the best tortillas ever.

it is made with  3rd class material .  within 4 months  broke many parts  and then finally burned out the element and it is the piece of trash now.

Low Quality

Last night we used it for the first time. However, when we closed the top lid, it didn't lie completely flat—about 80% closed, but 20% remained raised. I will be returning it as soon as possible.

It cooks the tortilla before pressing it flat
Its difficult to press flat.
This product just sits on my shelf.
