Great chair, and is comfortable for me. I like that you can adjust how easily it'll lean back and how straight you want to sit up. It was relatively easy to get together.

I work from home and sit in this chair every day.  It has a thick, padded seat that is very comfortable.  The chair is sturdy and is a nice size (not too large or too small).  I really like the flip-up arms because I can push the chair all the way under my desk when not in use.  This prevents the arms from hitting the desk.  I've been using the chair for about three months and I am very satisfied with it.

Comfortable Chair

I bought this chair for my WFH setup, and WOW – my chronic neck pain vanished in days!  The S-shaped backrest forces me to sit upright (goodbye, slouching!), and the waterfall seat edge stops my legs from going numb.  Plus, the sleek design makes my home office look Instagram-worthy.
Pro Tips:Tweak the tilt tension if you love rocking while brainstorming! Take breaks anyway – no chair replaces stretching, folks.

My Home Office MVP

I have been using this chair since October and really like it! It was easy to assemble and have provided me great support for my back as I continue to work from home these past couple of months. I had a different chair before, but no wheels or lack a lot of cushion. When I got this chair, the instructions were pretty easy to follow and I was able to do it in less than 30 minutes. I did read through the intructions carefully first to make sure I understand that I was doing. A lot of times I do start trying to assemble before reading the insructions, but took my time here because I didn't want this chair to break on me while I was possibly sitting in a meeting! Well, the instructions were straightforward. I like how the arms can go up and down. The chair does glide very easily on my bedroom floors and the seat adjusts smoothly too. Overall, I like the chair and it meets my needs for my home office.

Easy to assemble, great support and moves easily

I am very picky about chairs. I have a very bad back, I'm 5'11" and not skinny, and I feel that every back is different so it is hard to have a chair that does everything for everyone. However, this chair is a GREAT all around desk chair. I had someone else put it together, but they did it in 20 minutes. It rolls great on my plank flooring at home. It is supportive. The seat is big enough for a big seat. I am very, very happy with this chair.

Really a great chair

Great chair for the price, comfortable, good quality and nice features to adjust height,  arms rest and the only thing I wish it could be better, is the lumbar support.  Needs a bit more of adjustment, I am short and I feel it needed one more inch or two to reach better.  This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Good chair

This chair was good...when it wasn't broken. Was definitely not built to last. Had it for about 5 months and it already broke. The welding/glue/whatever it is that connects the bottom of the chair to the pole on the bottom is loose so now if you lean too far forward, it jolts forward and gets stuck there. In order to get it unstuck you have to lean back and put a lot of pressure and then it jolts backwards. The chair itself was really comfy, I am just upset that it broke already.

Needs Better Manufacturing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an attorney and spend a lot of time on the 'puter. From your promos I thought this was a nice chair for me: I couldn't have been more mistaken; and I just got this.

I never-ever complain about anything but this chair is a piece of junk: At 165%23 I'm the proper weight for it and here's what's happening:
- The Up/Down cartridge is flowing with black oil and does not work at all.
- The back adjustment is stuck in (1) position and won't move at all.
* I know this was an inexpensive purchase - and, it's not my intent to spoil your business - but, I'm sorry I already discarded my (3) year old chair. I'll be shopping I around for something else; Walmart is the only place we shop online.

Walmart has removed my review twice.  Poor quality - gas piston slow to respond,  castors do not roll under weight (tile floor), head rest design doesn't make sense.  The chair was easy to assemble and looks nice.  The instructions obviously translated from Chinese to English.  Odd ways to describe.
