Suitable for various food portions, from small to large.

Can be comfortable, but also criticized for being poorly designed.

This is the second pair of these two skillets. The smaller one gets used several times everyday and so my first one became a tad too damaged and so I searched for a new one. If I was the only person cooking it would've lasted for many years. But occasionally my wife or son attempts to cook something and neither are as adamant to only use non metallic utensils as well as care to never leave it empty the cooktop to overheat. 
The larger one is not so frequently used so it still performs as new. 
Buying a single small skillet of this quality was about the same cost as the 2 piece set, so having another extra only makes sense. 
I actually believe this small Al-Clad skillet outperforms my same size Le Cruset pan I recently paid much more for, in evenness of heat, as well as the non stick slipperiness. I was truly disappointed when I cooked eggs in each side by side. No spray or oil. The AlClad was cooked and zero resistance when it was time to shift the caramelized underside, the other one wasn't effortless to break that surface tension. Additionally it cooked a bit unevenly. I used lids for each and both were in the same size elements of my induction cooktop. 

All in all, I'm happy with each and every one of my AlClad items. I'll likely still purchase Calphalon now that they offer a full assortment of induction friendly products, but only a couple years back I needed to replace my entire Calphalon collection except the items good for an oven.

They are still non stick, I got it a little too hot and it bulged on the bottom. My husband took a hammer to it and beat it flat again . It still is working great.

Sometimes you just need to quickly fry an egg, and this superior all clad pan is the perfect choice! I love all of my all clad cookware and was happy to add this to my collection.

All clad quality with easy nonstick

Such a pleasure to cook on a real non-stick pan. These pans heat fast and evenly. And clean-up is a breeze - truly. Love the second handle on the 12" - makes serving and clean-up so much easier.

Top of the line fry pans - truly Non-Stick!

The pans work so great with very little olive oil. 
One of my pans is slightly curved in along the edge, but still works fine.

Best nonstick pans for the money!

The pans are well made and are a pleasure to cook with. My biggest dislike of them is the handle design. If you use an overhand grip on it, it become very uncomfortable as the edges of the handle dig into your palm.

Cooks well but can be uncomfortable to handle

Interior of the 10” skillet has a defect that I didn't notice until I cooked with it for the first time

For me, these handles were not only a little too long and pitched on slant too high for me to grip comfortably. I am 5'3” and these pans were too substantial for me to comfortably maneuver. Also, the handles have a divet running along its length, instead of a shallow thumb print (if you're used to the Marshall's/Homegoods All Clads). These handles hurt my hand when lifting the pan.  I love the shallow thumb print personally- and the shorter handles of the Marshalls All Clads. I'm sure this design would be fine for a taller person who can get more leverage.
