Assembly was a little tedious due to the number of screws involved. This is our first gas griddle. We were pleased that it seemed to cook bacon faster than our small electric griddle. Glad we got the hard covered version. Very solid igniting.

Some of the holes didn't line up. The side tables are flimsy and collapse easily so I'll never be able to use them.

When it gets hot it tend to bow up at the corners. We have to clamp it down on the corners to keep it level when cooking for long periods. Not the best for the price

Supposed to be a great Black Friday deal price.  Nope.   Found it well after Black Friday, for even less than the Black Friday price.  What a joke.  Fortunately able to return it.

used it once to cook 6 burgers. i cleaned off the grill with dawn and water and the whole grill top rusted out.
