Features dual temperature zones for easy switching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the Gourmia 28 Inch Ceramic Nonstick Electric Griddle for a few days, but I'm already glad I bought it. The thing that stood out to me first is the size, it really is wide enough to cook for a family, which makes evenings a lot less chaotic. Yesterday, I tested it by making eggs on the left side while cooking brugers on the right, as well as toasting the bun.
The ceramic nonstick surface is also much better than some of those old teflon griddles that I've used in the past. I didn't need much oil at all, and cleanup was basically just a quick wipe-down. It also heats up quickly, so I'm not standing around waiting like with my stovetop pans.
I haven't tried grilling steaks on it yet, but I did some chicken strips and veggies for lunch, and they came out evenly cooked without that greasy feel. 
Additionally, the fact that I can cook multiple foods and only have to clean 2 griddle pieces is unmatched. Doing dishes is my kryptonite but this grittle allows the cooking pieces to detatch which makes cleaning it a million times easier.
Overall, this griddle is convenient, easy to use, and takes the stress out of making multiple foods at once. For me, that's the biggest win. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quick easy dinner and hates doing so many dishes.

Dinner Done in 15 Minutes Plus An Easy Clean!?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little grill is absolutely amazing. Just to start, it's probably the most attractive and sleek appliance I own. I love every detail of the design- the heat control knobs changing color when they're on or off, the built in handles for easy carrying, the built in grease pan is a nice touch, and of course the genius design of two seperate cooking sections with separate control knobs. And the grill plates are reversible to be a griddle, so you can have one large grill, one large griddle, or both! Genius! I also really like how fast the grill heated up.
Just to give an example of the convenience of the separate cooking sections, the other night I made sliders and grilled peppers, and it was so nice being able to have them on at the same time on two different temperatures! And the best part, when the sliders were done before the peppers, I just turned down the temp to keep it warm and I didn't have to take them off to make room for the peppers, because THIS IS AN AWESOME DOUBLE SIDED GRILL! Anyone want my old grill pan? I definitely don't need it anymore!

I was looking for a quality stove top type of item that wouldn't take up too much space, cost too much money and be able to make healthy food. I was able to store it in a shelf very easily and compactly so it takes up very little cabinet space and no counter space. Also the nonstick ceramic griddle is extremely easy to clean and cooks the food really well (great for steak). I personally like it just for some vegetables with ground meat, comes out great and cleans up easy.
