The instructions need to be a bit clearer if you've never put it together before also knowing that there's two different sizes in the turn screws, which would make life easier other than that it was easy to put together if that would've been put in.

bath transfer chair

If you have trouble getting into the bathtub, this bench will really help you. Sit on it and swing  your legs into the tub or slide over to shower. A real aid, well made and sturdy to sit on.

It's is a very good value for the very sturdy bathtub bench . I am 290 lbs and it can easily hold my body weight .

It was a good one but returned it to get a more equipped bench seat.

Good purchase

The product is very good. But the assembly instructions didn't point out that some of the bolts are different lengths for different positions. As a result I use some long bolts in the wrong spot and this made the bolt put a dimple in the seat that I later had to repair.

Is much too large for my bathroom and interferes with access to toilet bowl.  Would like to return it please.

Transfer bench

This type of bath chair was recommended by my elderly father's PSW for easier transfer for the tub. He currently had a singular in tub chair.  He has used it and both he and the PSW have said it is much easier to get in and out of the tub.
The adjustable legs make the chair very practical as well, as the other chairs have been too low to get up from easily.
The reason for only 3 stars…the directions are horrible… they dont exist. They just show diagrams without written instructions.  There were no tools at all, we needed vice grips and an Allen key to assemble it strongly enough to support safely.  It also had to be taken apart more than once, as the photos were hard to follow and what should have taken an hour to assemble, took almost 4.  
It isn't a high end chair, but so much cheaper in cost than others and still very reasonable for the price.
