[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this at sn end of season closeout price. That said, for $154 i cant really ask for much.  The item assembled quickly and the griddle top heats evenly.  Im hoping to het many seasons of use from the griddle.

We wanted a grill that would work great for the two of us.  This was what we decided on.  We have used it a lot.  We even cooked bratwurst for six of us on it.  It worked great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is honestly a cheaply made  knockoff.  It works, but there are some definite cons.  It does not heat evenly, it is hard to clean, and the grill RESTS on top of the frame (it is not attached).  I fully intended to return it, but I had an impossible time trying to clean it up wnough to return.

You get what you pay for...

Nexgrill Griddle

Hello,

I am having serious problems with my grill. Ever since I bought it, I have not been able to use it properly.
	1.	I cannot update the app.
	2.	I cannot control the flame strength — nothing works. I cannot make the flame lower or higher. I read the manual and tried switching to manual mode, but it still does not work.
	3.	When I open the lid, the temperature does not drop. It always shows the maximum temperature.

It feels like almost all of the functions are not working.

Please help me resolve this issue.
