Great! Love it. Fan is a godsend. The only thing is don't let it run all the way to zero. If it does, you need to charge the oculus up to 20-25% before it will re-sync. I didn't know that, charged the battery all ready to go, but oculus itself was dead. I read if it gets close to 20% (battery all used up and now running on oculus battery) you need to plug in or it will disconnect. Oh, also I should also mention— remember once you are wearing the halo, it is no longer soundproof. 😉

Great! Just a few tips

Significant improvement over the stock head strap. A must for long gaming sessions, and makes watching feature length films hassle free. Even when I have the Quest connected to my PC with a link cable I leave the battery on for the counterweight, and it powers the fan.

Bobovr S3 Pro

Don't be deterred by the price, The S3 pro is hands down the best head strap out there.

I would like to note that I've been using it daily for around 2 weeks now, And I am going to keep this short and simple.

The head strap is very sturdy and made with good materials that aren't heavy but also aren't weak. It is extremely comfortable to wear for long  sessions because of the halo design and it's balanced perfectly to get rid of neck pain.

The battery is amazing and keeps my quest 3 fully charged while I play games such as Ghosts of Tabor, Breachers, Orion drift,  and Phasmophobia, For an extra 3-5 hours depending on the game 

And the fan works wonders during long sessions and it doesn't hog the battery, it's also pretty powerful for its size.

Some other key features that I like are the led screen on the side that tells you how much precent the battery is at, and shows you the fan speed. The magnetic battery is very very nice too


The only thing that im not a fan of is the pads for the top head support, they aren't for me personally but you can always just remove top support because you don't really need them, or you could use some extra padding from an old head strap or the extra one that comes with the head strap.

Best head strap for the Meta Quest 3.

To me the price is worth it.

Comfortable for long use. Why meta has not switched to a halo style I don't know. Bobovr s3 Pro halo-style head strap was a game-changer for my son and i. I couldn't get the original meta head strap to fit my son without discomfort and for me it was ok but it put pressure on the back of my head.
All this was fixed with the bobovr. Super comfortable and easy to adjust.

Pros- Comfortable with great battery life. Purchasing additional packs allows for endless wireless play. 

Neutral- Fan is kind of love-hate. It is nice to have and I like the adjustable speeds. But for effective use during intense game play. The fan needs to be cranked and is super loud to the point of drowning out gameplay. I like having it but not a selling point in my case.
Slightly difficult to install, but for good reason. You don't want your $500 headset flying across the room

Cons- Everything has a downside and as much as i want to put this in Neutral they are a factor of con.. The Bobovr s3 pro is expensive but Bobovr does offer three alternatives at a lower cost.
I would have liked to have seen a second C-port added for the one being taken up by the headset. Not to charge the batteries but for the headset.

Great products makes using my quest three so much easier for long. Period. So comfortable. Shipping was fast product was easy to install. You will love this. I guarantee it.

Really good product, the over top had control needed more adjustability to it but it was easy to install and controllability is really good on the rest of headgear,the battery life gives around 3 hrs more life to your game playing,i really like it.

its an amazing product i even just bought an extra battery pack but the molded supports that keep the fan connected to the base, i guess it has screws to replace the fan, i havent messed with it before it they and they were broken

I bought this headstrap and charged the battery correctly..It said a b100 battery but it didnt have a button on the right side and didnt say pro on it..So i connected it to my Oculus 3 headset and the fan worked but the headsteap wouldn't recognize the vattery to charge the headstrap...Tried everything i could fine on the onternet qbout this issue and nothing..I belueve i got a cheap oem b100 battery...Ive written bobo support several times and crickets..I guess im returning it..sucks..

I got the strap and it is great quality feel but I charged my battery than later went to use it after setting up the head stap just for my quest to not turn on after plugging in the head strap with no signs of life at all. Don't buy this product if you don't want your quest fried.

Not worth the chance of you headset breaking.

The strap is quality made and feels sturdy, but I had the strap no longer than a week and the battery failed and stopped charging the headset, I've seen online reviews and a problem was that the battery stopped working and charging the headset, that is exactly what happened to me, don't buy this product if you value your money, the price isn't worth it for the strap
