EXACTLY WHAT I WANT

We were looking for a small insert to fit our fireplace, and this one was perfect. The heat goes quite high as well so it gets nice and warm quickly!

Excellent operation but the appearance of the logs is not realistic at all. It looks like two red crab claws.

This item is aesthetically pleasing but it stops there. I bought it to replace the one I've had for four years. Delivery was prompt but this unit runs for 5 minutes then the heater stops working for about 5 minutes then comes back on. I've been trying to get in touch with the seller to check if I am the one doing something wrong. Walmart customer service gave me a number that goes straight to voicemail. I really don't want to return it but I have no choice as the intermittent heater operation cannot keep my room warm. Seller should make it easier for customers to get in touch with them. Very disappointed customer
