We have a small area on our lawn at our Museum.Our local city cuts 95% of the lawn.We have a small area in front of a large vintage home that must be cut once a week.
I ordered the mower knowing that it has a very limited cutting capacity.It works very well for how it is made.The battery lasts about 15 minutes,depending on many factors.
What can you expect for a battery that costs $35.00! Look at the cost for a Ryobi 2ah battery,$89.00!!!  
I just ordered a second battery and its still costs less than the Ryobi 2ah battery.
Overall a great deal for the money!

I was disappointed that a charging device was not included. This adds to the cost and creates an inconvenience as I have to research and shop for the correct charger.  We I purchase a product I expect that everything is included for full operation. The advertising for the product does not readily state the need to buy charger. The information is buried  in the description. That info should be clearly upfront.

Good but needs  upfront parts disclosure

I love how light it is and how easy it is to start. its pretty cool looking too. 
What I dont like is the grass bag, its to small, fills up to qick, hard for me to get it on sometimes and clogs. 
The mower will automatically shot off if it clogs, which is good.
I also wish it came with two batteries.
Its great for small lawns.

In the description it would have been less frustrating to learn the mower's battery needs to be purchased separately ($33./Amazon). But once I finally researched the battery and charged it up, I was thrilled with the mower! Super lightweight, quiet, efficient, and easy to store. Great buy @$108. (w/out battery).

I love love love love love the Lawnmower only thing is that it only comes with one battery and it really needs to because it takes up a lot of time just using one battery and then you gotta charge it and do it all over again so yeah it's a good product and it works very good so I would recommend this to someone to cut their grass if they're doing it itself is way more easy and easy to carry

The battery life is terrible. It will only stay charged a short period of time. After 20 minutes, it dies. It needs to charge again. This awful, specially when you have to stop and start on the yard. Its inconvenient and I do  not recommend this product.

Short battery life

this mower will not cut 3in grass without sounding like it's going to quit. battery does not last 20 minutes . I walked beside my almost 8-year-old son as he did very short grass .He did grate.Also, when the bag was full and i did not know it, it started to smoke. Immediately stopped when I saw it smoke.Their is no side release or in the back for it to throw the grass out like a normal mower.Now if it had a mulch blade, i believe it would have done better. This would make a young person a good first  mower.

Everything about this little mower is great except for two things. The blades can't be adjusted for height or lowered according to grass/lawn needs. Then there's the battery- just one and it only lasts for 2 minutes. So how does one cut the grass with this ? Shame on the company that made this mower as these two reasons  it can't be a lawnmower.

Company knows that it needs two battery instead. I received only one, very disappointed. They designed it, they should know that two  Battery is required. Unfortunately They were not transparent. Their goal was for me to purchase  another battery which upgraded the price? I thought I was getting a sale! I can do nothing with it and we'll be returning back.

Only operated for 17 minutes not 4 hours like advertised. Wasn't big enough or had enough power to conquer the yard I have. Decided on a different type of mower with more power, larger deck and more durable. 
This mower is probably a good choice for someone with barely any yard and without grass thats thick in areas. This model isn't powerful enough to cut thick grass at all.  It's definitely a short time that it can run. Then multiple hours to recharge battery for usage.

Incorrect mower for me .
