Super Sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These carbon steel knives are very light. I personally prefer having a heftier handle for counter balance. The knives are sharp and you can't leave them in the water because otherwise they will rust. Paid about $20 for these knives so they are a good deal for what you get.

Light but sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I especially like this set because the knives are all one piece. There are no seams for germs or bacteria to collect. They do need to be washed and dried right after use, you can't let them sit in your sink. But I don't mind that, it's worth it. They are easy to clean and very sharp. We'll see how they do overtime, I've only had them a couple of months, but I really like them a lot.

I love the esthetics  of the knives. They are elegant and sleek. The stainless steel are one piece so no chance of the handle becoming loose. I just wish the sheath was more sturdy.
