I just received this and it works beautifully.  The heat and massage are amazing.  This a vibrating massage not a shiatsu massage which is too rough for my back.  There are multiple settings for the massage but only one setting for the heat which does not get too hot but is comfortably hot.  Right now this is at a great price from Walmart.  Buy before the price goes up.

After having my back cut on 8 different times, this massage cushion with heat is absolutely wonderful. I would most definitely recommend it to anybody, and everybody I know!!

I Purchased this vibrating massager pad with heating option for my husband. It works so well we just bought a second one so we each have one. We love all the various options it offers.

Just got this today.  So far it is working fine.  Got this for my son-in-law.  He has back problems from being in the Army.  So if this lasts or breaks I will leave another review.

Spending extended periods at the computer at age 92 has become a necessity for me,  for writing my poetry. Yet, even the most ergonomic chair and desk setup fails to fully counteract the physical effects of four or five hours spent sitting each day. Over time, discomfort and tension can build up in the back, shoulders, and neck, making productivity and well-being harder to maintain.
My experience with the Snailax back massager has proven to be a welcome source of relief. Integrating the massager into my daily routine has made a noticeable difference in comfort levels and overall physical health.

Daily Comfort for My  Long Hours at the Computer

I bought this for my boyfriend he is a hard worker because he struggles with back issues , ever since I bought it for him his back issues calm down he loves it. He uses it every day.

I must buy if you are a hard worker

awesome, fits over my recliner. Has power button, heat option, varies body pts for messaging.. timers etc. well worth the purchase and  relieves my body pains.

Unfortunately I took off a few stars for a few reasons. Number one, it's just way too loud! I purchased these for my lounge and I was watching a movie and all I could hear was the loud vibration noise.  The heating feature takes at least 20 minutes to work. The last thing I hate about these is the fact that it literally just vibrates on different settings (no actual massage) pros- lots of settings, soft cozy, stays in place on chair, doesn't move or fall down.

I like these but…..

This unit would probably be good for someone who needs to use it every now and then. But if you suffer with a bad back -I'd pass .  The heat and massage levels need to be stronger. I tried it while sitting on the couch and it slipped off -I know I didn't have any way to attached it. I also tried it lying down on the couch. You couldn't feel the heat or massage. 
So, I'd pass.

Not for bad back sufferers.
