Excellent quality and held a lot of hot chocolate!

I bought two for events, they work absolutely fantastic, we used them for selling cold drinks at festivals last summer and they were fantastic, ice lasted for hours and drinks were always cold.

Bought to use at markets an events and it keeps beverages piping hot for many hours if you heat up the container with boiling hot water before you add your beverage. Simple to use once set up BUT the manual sucks pretty hard.  Could be vastly improved if the instructions and illustrations were more clear. The product itself is awesome though!
