Makes a great Cappaccino every morning! I have been using the Casabrew for 2 weeks. It makes a great Espresso shot and the steam wand does a good job of frothing. I like a lot of foam. I have had the flashing lights and when I reread the directions it was easy to get back to brewing.  Don't run out of water! It takes a little more time to reset.  My only negative is that there are no numbers on the pressure gauge. My gauge is in the "Espresso" zone, but I'd like to know how many bars for each shot. I have been adjusting my grinds and tamping.

Makes a great Cappaccino every morning!

Wonderful little machine! So far we love it, makes a really nice espresso and latte. Customer service was incredible as well - I was missing an insert piece and they sent me a replacement right away so we can enjoy our machine during the holiday.

I'm so glad I made the investment in this machine. This is my first ever expresso machine and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I wished I got one soon! It's been a treat being able to make my coffee in this morning and along with the steam wand, it's a win win. I can't wait to experience making more of my favorite coffee drinks. New to espresso community

The Casabrews 3700Gense espresso machine far surpasses my expectations.  We've used it several times a day for the last 3 months and it's completely changed our coffee budget because we very rarely buy coffee out anymore.  It's easy to clean, is ready to use quickly after being turned on, sturdy and quality materials, the foaming wand makes coffee house quality foam, and it produces a velvety delicious espresso shot every time.  I got this for my wife for her Birthday and she is extremely happy with it. I would buy one again in the future.

Best Birthday Present!

I purchased the machine in order to see if I could replicate a tall no foam latte similar to the ones from a wellknown coffee company based in Seattle, which we had been purchasing almost daily for years. Surprisingly, the latte turned out perfectly on my first attempt. While I am not a professional barista, this machine has saved us a significant amount of money

HONESTLY, I NEVER HEARD OF THIS COMPANY. I MADE 2 CAPPUCCINOS
AND THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I DO NOT WANT TO SAY IT IS THE BEST UNTIL I USE IT A FEW TIMES MORE.  I WENT TO SCHOOL IN ITALY AND THIS IS VERY CLOSE TO THE REAL MCCOY.  I HOPE IT DOES NOT DISAPPOINT ME. SO FAR IT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE I PAID AND THE 20 BAR IS THE PRESSURE OF STEAM. THE EMPLOYEE KNEW LESS THAN ME!! I AM RATING IT NOW A PERFECT 4 AND IF IT CONTINUES TO WORK--I GIVE IT 5 STARS..  IT WAS WORTH THE PURCHASE SO, FAR, WE WILL SOON SEE- IF IT HAS THE ABILITY TO WORK HARD??

NOT DISAPPOINTED IN THE PURCHASE~~~!!!

Disappointed with the quality of the brew.  Using Illy espresso as I have with my previous Saeco and stovetop Moka pot but output is watery and crema is lacking. Tried both single and double shots and problems are similar.

Do not waste your time buying this useless machine. It's not going to work, it just looks fine but it does not work. I learned my lesson the hard way. The machine gets hot but that is it. It does not produce espresso, and the needle does not even move, it just sits there idle.
