I have used this device for years when I refereed HS football and basketball. I use it when hiking, backpacking, and walking with my wife. It really helps with knee support and pain reduction. Great product.

I use this product while I am bowling to support my knee It help a lot. I have owned one for many years and wore it out.

I'm sure these work great on most people. I'm a petite lady @ 5'1 and 120 lbs so these were huge on me and just wouldn't do the job.

Size issue

I found the Gamma KneedIT Knee Support needed to be very specific in the area it supported. The strap, which has no padding along the side that is pulled tight, would dig into the side of my knee. I had scoping to both knees a few years back and thought this seemed like a good idea, not for me. Even if they were a better fit, the cost was very high for the product quality.

Poor design for my kneeds...

I found the product to give very little knee patella support, nor whould it hold place when the knee bent. I tried it out for a couple of days. I need more support.

I took the product back to a local Walmart, and got a refund.

My recommendation would be to stick with elastic type supports to knee braces.
