Provides a comfortable surface without being too firm.

What a great mattress for a guest room. It will be great for temporary sleeping for an adult, but if your looking for a full time adult mattress with good support you need to spend more as this mattress is not that.   Box was med rectangle, about 4 ft long; manageable to carry into house and mattress (once unwrapped) rolled out %26 plumped up nicely. I gave it a day or so to settle.

Delivery was fast and satisfactory.
Ordered 2 separately. Good thing as the first gave a $10 coupon usable for the second.
Colour scheme for the two are different. Both delivery boxes had tear holes near the side corners, presumably created to provide a grip/handle as the boxed mattress is heavy. Luckily the rolled up mattress avoided the corners. Note: mattress does not have much side/edge support.

Product is as described.

Right out of box it unpacked and fully inflated to the correct size for the 12 inch it really comes up to 14 inches.... From what I have seen some posts about it taking time to inflate or did not inflate it was stated too hard to sleep on.... This is probably incorrect... There is two sides to the mattress one side is the springs that is not the side to sleep on... But you flip it over you have the pillow top that really feels great when you sleep on it.... I would recommend this to anyone that is hard up for a new mattress with the price being a good deal.... The quality is very good its durable from what it looks like.... Now the only draw back is the height if you need a low mattress this is probably not for you... But in general this mattress is perfect

best mattress I have ever bought

EXTREMELY worth the money. Such great quality for so cheap. Arrived perfectly on time, no defects, firm but also sinks just enough when going to sleep. Soooo comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to find a mattress on a budget! (Mattress is only the gray part, not white, that's the box spring I got separately)

Amazing Purchase!!

Buying a mattress online is a tricky situation, but I needed one in a hurry, and I'm so glad I found this one. I didn't want anything too firm, and this is the perfect softness for me! Everyone's mattress comfort level is different, but for my needs, this is perfect.

This mattress is great and the price is an amazing.  Slept great for the first time in years.  This mattress is way better then my expensive Costco mattress

Great sleep

Obviously not the best mattress in the world. But worth every penny if you need a new mattress and are on the fence you won't be disappointed

Great for price

Expectations were high, don't do that to yourself. This is a budget mattress. The springs are stiff and the stuffing ( topper) is cheap, every turn you feel the springs, which leaves you tossing and turning all night.  The description of the mattress is very misleading.

Junk don't buy

I bought this mattress less than one month ago, and I am very disappointed with the quality. After using it for a short time, it already started bending from one side. It feels uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on.

It seems like the spring inside the mattress is damaged or bent, which should not happen so quickly. A mattress is supposed to last for years, not weeks.

I expected much better durability and support. This product is not worth the money, and I would not recommend it to others. Very poor quality.

Now i cant even return it because can't take this on my car

Used for not even a single month

This mattress is supposed to be 10 inches but even after letting it sit unrolled for over a week, it expands to know more about 6.8 inches total because it is so compressed. It is extremely hard. I specifically searched for hours trying to find a mattress it was affordable that was listed as plush for the firmness, but this mattress is hard harder than my memory foam mattress.
