[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own one of these and love it! I bought this for my grandchildren to use in their home and they love it too! Very easy to use, lots of possibilities for flavors and treats. Assembly and cleanup are easy. The hardest part, keeping enough shaved ice on hand for everyone to enjoy. I shave it and freeze it for use later when I want a cool treat. Great for in the evening to snack on instead of eating calorie rich foods.

I bought this to enjoy the fun of snow cones with my grandchildren and it did not disappoint.  It is compact enough for me to leave on my countertop and simple enough for the novice user to catch on first try.  I like that the blade is fully enclosed, so kids fingers can't touch it when dropping in the ice cubes.  We fill the ice compartment with ice and it grinds enough snow for 3 - 4  snow cones. The machine doesn't come with a bowl receptacle to catch the snow, so you must have your own bowl and scoop for loading the snow into cones.  I purchased the paper cones, straws and several syrups separately.   All in all, this was a great buy at a reasonable price.

Works Well

My sisters family loves this ice cone maker since it got delivered that they been making there favorite syrup flavors every day now since they open the box over a week now.

Fantastic ice maker

Nice to have an ice shaver that is portable enough, small enough and works like it is suppose to. Shaves ice so small, to our liking.  We (my family) love it and when we feel like a snow cone we just take it right out.  BTW easy to clean (dry) as well.

Worth the price

This product arrived ontime but it is going back on time too! It works fine and makes great sno cone shaved ice...my problem is if the ice you're shaving came from your ice trays,as mine did,the company instructs you to let ice soften BEFORE shaving it. So first time around I laughed and dropped a cube into the chute hole and guess what? The chute was half again too small to accomodate my cubes. In other words, if you wanna go at it with ice from the freezer you may need to break it up first. That was the 2nd strike for the little shaver and since I owned the playing field I called the game. I won shortly after when i boxed it up and sent it to the minor leagues!

Nothing but a foul ball and its OUT!
