Application is effortless with this product.

Can be refreshing and minty, but also strong and overpowering.

Helps alleviate discomfort after exercise.

I use this product for muscle pain and it works well. It lasts around four to five hours. And a little at a time is enough to relieve pain, so you won't run out of it for awhile.(For me it takes a week before I run out). 

The only issue I can see might be the smell. I like it but it's a strong smell, so if you don't like it, that could be a problem. Otherwise a great product.

Icy hot works amazing on my shoulder,  neck, and back pain! It is immediate relief! It feels very cool so if you dont mind that then I suggest trying this if you have severe back neck and or shoulder pain. I put a small amount on whatever area is bothering me sometimes all 3 spots at once it's not over powering just use small amount to start! I love this stuff!

Love this stuff!! Brings quick relief with reliable ingredients. Application is easy and the texture is smooth (although if you have a pair of gloves it's definitely recommended. Last a long time!
