I bought the Nutri Ninja about two months ago and it has been amazing. It crushes and blends up all my fruits and veggies without leaving any lumps. The blade on this are really strong.

The blender itself works well and I would purchase it again. Note, I've only used it less than a week and have only made shakes. I didn't give it a 5-star rating because extra effort is required to make a shake that is actually drinkable and not too thick. My typical shake is 1.5 cups fruit, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup milk. I need a spoon to drink this because it's so thick. I've started adding water but can't add too much because it will take me over the maximum fillable level marked on the cup. I'm concerned that going above that level could damage the appliance. I am using the large 21 ounce cup. When I've finished blending, I have to finish by stirring the shake with a spoon to ensure it's not too thick. It's definitely not a deal-breaker.

Great blender with a little extra help needed

A bit noisier than my older smaller model and doesn't break down nuts in smoothies like my older model. A bit disappointed as I now have to chew my smoothie. Its nice that its bigger but the trade off isn't worth it

Doesn't make good smoothies

We got this to make smoothies and it works fantastic for what we got it for. Only lost a star because the lids for the cups are terrible. Bad drink flow. We had the older model so still had the lids from that and so we thankfully still have great lids to use on the cups. New lids are trash.

Great for smoothies

I really don't like this blender. First, it's so noisy it hurts. Second, there's nothing to keep it on. I have to press it down to start it, and have to keep my hand on it. Third, I have to use it in short bursts. Press, hold a few seconds, release. Repeat, until I get the right consistency.

Very disappointed. I should have bought another Magic Bullet.

Noisy

Just received mine, without being used, realized the cups lids are bit loose. Doesn't feel spill proof at all. And overall, it feels lil heavy. I might return it.
