I bought this a couple weeks ago, it was delivered on time and fairly easy to assemble. It recommends having two people assemble but I did it alone in about an hour. One of the doors was severely damaged however, so I emailed the manufacturer and they responded within 24-48 hours and are shipping me out a new door at no cost to me. Works great in my kitchen for storing all my baking ingredients!

Love it!

Definitely a fantastic product for the price point.  Amazing customer service from South Shore - we had one door damaged in transit, and one door drilled incorrectly.  They fedex'd out the replacement parts within 3 days (they're built to spec, so they had to specifically re-manufacture the replacements).

Great Product

I purchased this to store office materials. It exceeded my expectations in regards to appearance, durability, and stength. It is well made and looks really good. It is a little challenging to assemble, but my husband helped. Rather than using the 100 tiny nails for the backing, which added additional stability, he used a staple gun. The hardware is of a substantial quality and weight. Be aware that you will likely need to adjust the hundges, the directions indicate. This is a little challenging, so spend the time to give it that finished look. I am very happy with this item!

Solid piece

Look you often get the quality you pay for. After putting it together, which was not as complicated as I thought it would be, I placed it next to my kitchen counter. It looks smaller than I thought it would but that is because I have high ceilings I suppose. It has the kind of surface that shows every single finger print and the handles are hard plastic. It serves the function as a pantry but if you are looking for the appearance of something high end, this is not it.

This pantry turned out to be a lot smaller than I had imagined it. I ordered it to use as a kitchen pantry for canned goods and dry food. It looks very cute all put together. The fake wood obviously isn't the best quality and a couple of the nails broke right through it but I can live with it because it is on the inside and will be covered up by things I'm sure. The handles are PLASTIC but I can live with that. Honestly, now that I have it and have put it together it definitely is not worth what I paid for the darn thing but oh well it works.

Cute Pantry

I bought two... Lined them side by side in my kitchen. They are fairly narrow, so it worked great. Added lots of space but also provided a lot of storage (had a low/small bulky one in the area before). I can see flaws in it, minor chips or areas where it may peel at some point. However, I knew when I paid $110.00 for each pantry, they would not be perfect quality.
I like it. Expectations should not expect perfection. But, we are very happy with it.

Happy with the pantry for the price I paid.

I ordered the light maple color to blend into the wall paint. Since I have a kitchen with no pantry and little space I needed to be creative. The size although small is exactly what I needed. The doors when closed leave a small gap where you can see inside the cupboard. They also don't open up passed 90 degree angle.

Small spaces storage

The direction was a little confusing to me at first but I finally got it together. Once I started to put the two sides together, that's when my disappointment came into play. I saw right then how small this pantry was going to be. This pantry is probably no wider than a dresser and it's only a few inches taller than me. I am 5'2 ft and this pantry looks to be around 5'4ft. If you are looking to put large items into this pantry, you should try purchasing something bigger. I would say it fit just right into the space I wanted to be in. I was just hope it would have been much taller and a little wider. The photo they show isn't great. They should show this pantry in all angles. Imagine a microwave cart... it's only a few about 3 feet taller than that. I think they should lower the price on this kitchen pantry.

Not big at all

I ordered a storage cabinet online from Wal-mart. We were in the process of putting it together, got to the last thing, the doors. The top 2 doors had a crack going across the front in the middle of each door. One of the side panels is chipped at the top. I would like to know what can be done about the doors without having to take the entire cabinet apart again to ship it back. I would like to get two replacement top doors.

It's really disappointing when you get what you ordered and the item is damaged. The cabinet peices were packed good but the top doors looked like they were already damaged when they were packed.

Disappointed

Design idea is nice, but the unit doesn't go together well. I paid my handyman to assemble it for me and he is skilled.
Holes for assembly not aligned. Hardware doesn't fit snugly. Doors have a front gap of about 1/4 of an inch. The unit is very unstable; had to squeeze it between refrigerator and wall to keep it standing. It will take only very, very light storage.
Poor quality of paint on this white unit. Dirty before assembly and hard to clean up. Poor quality at any price.
It's not even worth trying to return it; it would be throwing good money after bad. Very disappointing.

Incredibly shabby unit altogether!
