I picked this laminator up for simple stuff at work, nothing heavy duty. It wouldn't heat up and wouldn't properly seal a single sheet. I exchanged it for another (that's why I still love Walmart), and the second one wouldn't even turn on. Wires looked all fine, no problems with the packaging... It just wouldn't turn on. I'm going to get a refund and find something else. Very disappointed!!

Don't bother

No matter the mm setting it does not fully seal the Scotch laminate pockets. Laminate comes out cloudy and bubbly.
