The capsule is large, which isn't a problem for me. The daily use of this supplement helps me to feel more relief from stiffness and inflammation than just my medication alone.

Well worth taking.

I have been using curcumin in other brands , most seem to work very well in managing arthritic pain. This particullar bottle s stronger 1000 mg vs 500 I was using before . Sometime I would double the 500mg dose on days when pain was bit too much. Guaranteed relief!
