The pencil sharpener can sharpen the pencil very quickly and the pencils fit snuggly as to not move and break the tips while trying to hold the pencil in. The sharpener can sharpen from flat to fully sharp in about 10 seconds. Just adding batteries is great so you do not need to plug it in and take away precious power space. The battery power is still strong and works great! Honestly I love it!

The best pencil sharpener ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it is battery powered.  I put in the batteries and put it in my kitchen cabinet.  No need to plug it in.  Not as powerful as a plug in one, but it well serves it's purpose.  The colors are fun.  Doesn't bother me that I couldn't choose the color.

This was one of the items on my daughter's wish list for college that I got for her and she said she loves it. It's a great size that doesn't take up a bunch of space on her desk in her dorm and it comes in cute colors. Because it's battery operated she can even take with her to class if need be.

Just opened and used today, it didn't work. It didn't sharpen our colored pencils. I thought it was because of that so I tried the pencils that we have, same issues. Will return it back.
