[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a handy fondue set, big enough for 6 guests and easy to maintain. I found all of this in my Starfrit set. The magnetized ring.edt also a plus to hold each of everyone's forks well. The hot bowl on my stove and hop, on the table! I highly recommend. In addition, serving bowls for sauces are included!

I haven’t used it yet, but I had one before. I couldn't control the flame and we were at risk of getting burned. I trust with the new burner that I can handle more easily. I didn't want an electric set because the wire would have been bulky so more risk of accident. Thank you

The dish for the chocolate fondue that goes in the microwave. You can put almost all the rooms in the dishwasher. Ease of use.

Product quality for the price

I bought this item last month and I can't say it's a success. First of all, there are only three pairs of fouchettes while a fondue with friends is often composed of four people. Secondly, the dish is not big enough or deep enough and thirdly, you should not have too big a piece of meat because it does not completely soak in the oil or broth. The idea is great but for only two people.

Mixed satisfaction

not as functional as I thought very disappointing, must keep a very high broth level and keep the meat very low on the fork otherwise half is not cooked. The idea is good but not as easy to use as I thought. The burner is very good and safe 5 stars for that.

I have reserves

Very disappointed. I have a stove with a ceramic surface. When I heated the broth I thought the fondue dish was for exploded. So I used a cauldron to heat the broth and then I had to transfer the broth to the fondue dish. The fondue dish is really of poor quality (too thin)

Arrived poorly packaged and upon opening it saw that the ceramic insert was broken into multiple pieces. Will be contacting customer service to return. Hopefully can get another quickly.
