I use it after long day at work since on concrete all day feels nice on my feet.    I will admit that heat is not to good but for price not to concerned.

For price it is nice.

I have Morton's neuroma plantar fasciitis and a tight Achilles tendon. on top of that my toes on the top of my feet hurt so bad I can't even explain it. this little do hickey alleviates a lot of the pain. not all of it but I can sleep now and I feel better. you may not think it's doing anything at all but believe me it is.

I have had this a week now and it was worth the purchase. I've had leg, foot pain for years but this is the first time I purchased one of these. Soothing, relaxing and has made a difference for me. Took me a few tries to get use to the balls rotating on my feet but they are not irritating now

I'm senior and my get hurt quite a bit. Got this to see if it helps. Personally I like the heat and massage setting. It feels so good and the heat really feels good on my sore feet.

There is only two settings. Normal and With Heat. There are total four balls spinner pads. They spin one direction only (No reverse nor No speed options like my other one) Overall good foot massager. Would recommend put on a pair of socks and adjust your foot so you can get to the spot you wish to "roll" on. Quiet machine.

Good deal

I purchased this foot massager because of the price. The massage ris too harsh for the ailing soles of my feet. I padded the massage surface with a folded dish towel to soften the impact of the rotating message mechanism.  Regarding the "heat" setting - the foot massager didn't generate enough heat to soothe the soles of my feet. HoMedics enjoys a good reputation. Perhaps this massager would work out just fine for someone with tougher feet than mine.

Not as advertised. Massage function not strong enough for my feet. Also, heat was not noticeable at all.
