I DO ALL THE COOKING IN MY HOUSEHOLD AND I AM TELLING YOU DONT HESITATE TO BUY AND USE THESE... FOOD DOES NOT STICK!!! USE LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT AS INSTUCTED AND YOU WONT BE SORRY!! I BOUGHT THE ENTIRE SET AND THE 14 INCH AND I AM VERY SATISFIED.

I've had a round granite stone diamond for over 6 years and it's still non-stick and doing a great job. I was so happy to find a square pan, and since I received it, I'm completely happy with this purchase. I liked the square pan so much, I've ordered another.

Love this pan

It came in a pair. I was very pleased with how they work. Nothing sticks. We use them on a daily basis and have had no problem with them. They have held up strong.

Works like a dream

I LOVE this skillet! It's perfect for my needs. The surface needs no oil for cooling and completely nonstick. The square shape gives more surface space and is easy to flip anything over with spatula. Can be put in dishwasher— I got the 9 inch which is perfect for eggs and will be getting the larger one for pancakes and tortillas.

Love!  Great quality, the only type of frying pan I will buy.

They say you can use metal utensils.  This is not true.  They mar the surface.  I will not use them again.  I do like that the pan heats evenly and is non stick.  I made the best pancakes and even the first one came out great.  I would have given 5 stars except for not being able to use metal utensils.

A good pan but don't use metal utensils on it.

Glad I waited with the review until I used it a while. It was great at 1st but now everything sticks to it.
