[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toaster. The crumb tree catches all of the crumbs and is easy to clean. And it's great having a cancel button so items will not get burned.
This also has nice big slots for bagels.

this a 5 star i would suggest to get one this has the bottom slide out tray for easy removing the xtra crumbs than most leading brands i had those whee tray drops down crumbs get on the counter more mess to clean up. this is the one i bought love it ....................................gary

Love this toaster!  Did without one for the longest time when I got one of those bigger appliances that does everything.
But I got tired of the bigger one because it wasn't as fast as a toaster.  This toaster exceeded my expectations and besides being attractive, the features are great and it toasts to perfection.

Great product!

This toaster works very well for the price. Easy to get the shade of toast you want and seems to work pretty fast. The only con we found was the slots are barely big enough to fit a hamburger bun or larger bagels. They do fit, but because they are so tight in the slots, the pop up binds a little and doesn't pop up quite all the way.

Great little toaster

i purchased this toaster for my father, who is elder as he moved into assisted living. Not only does he love it, but his caregivers and the administration love it too. They can't get over all the features, the ease of use, and the amazing price. Of course, the brand means quality, I'm so glad I found this toaster for him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toaster was on sale with low price. Received a nice looking black toaster that just offered the "basics"-which is what I preferred. Placed my favorite bread slice in one slot with medium setting. After short time, it popped up with one side toasted to perfection (that faced center heat element)...and the other side was totally UNtoasted (WHITE). 
I turned bread around so that UNtoasted side would face middle heating element ...lowered heat setting...pressed lever and WATCHED toaster while it toasted other side of bread--(hoping it would not burn). 
When I had a "feeling" the other sided MIGHT be done I manually  made toaster to pop up toast. 
Finally, my toast was toasted "just right" on both sides.
From my toasting experience, I felt like returning toaster, at first. Then I thought: Even more expensive toasters I've had were problematic about toasting. I might as well save myself $$$ and 'Fuss-and-Bother'.. Another toaster could require "Intuitive Toasting Ability" by owner....just like this one does.
Final Conclusion: It's a "Better than Nothing Toaster".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to buy this toaster. It was nice looking and smaller than our old one. We had a Hamilton Beach toaster we had used for over 25 years. I am so disappointed this new toaster does not work on one side of each slot. I have to remove the bread and turn it in each slot. The coils do not even light up. I threw out the box, thinking there was no reason to keep it. So I can't return it.

Disappointed

Had a Hamilton Beach toaster previously which worked wonderfully for many years. Bought this one as a replacement. Does not toast evenly or according to setting. Every setting is darkly toasted except for 0, and the toast is always untoasted on one side, and burned on the other.

Does not function properly

When the device is created to do a function it should in practice complete that function, or at least one would think that is the goal. Not this device, no it looked at the job of toasting and said NAY! If your goal was to have a device brown bread then I would suggest you try another device.

Was fine for 6 weeks, then it toasted only part of the slice of bread, the rest was still as soft and white as when I put it in the toaster.Part of the wiring does not seem to function. Of course its to late for a refund. Junk.
