The air purifier does the job that I needed it to do in my bedroom.  I live in a condo and occasionally a tobacco smoke smell would drift into the bedroom from another condo.  The air purifier allowed me to fall asleep without the distraction of cigarette smoke smell.

Good product. Does the job!

The GermGuardian Air Purifier AC4825 has been life changing for me and my children. As I was not sure how long the filter would last after reading all the reviews on different websites. I am truly grateful and blessed to go for this product as it has helped me and my 2 children sleep well through out the night. Since I bought the product I don't wake up with a headache anymore from my sinus getting clogged. Also, I do not smell the fire woods from my neighbours chimney. I can breathe with ease actually with less of an effort. My 10 years old daughter's asthma is under control. So Thank you GermGuardian for this amazing product. I just hope it came with one extra filter, as it is a bit pricey. But it does WHAT it says it does! God bless your company and everyone who works there!

Life Changing

This unit is easy to operate, and comes ready to use. We haven't had to change the filter yet, but it looks like it will be easy to do so. It is relatively quiet, but has seemed to get the tiniest bit louder with use (we've had it about a month). As an added bonus, it does seem to noticably reduce the dust in our home- I may just be using that as an excuse to dust less, but I don't think so :) For the price, it's a great buy and I suspect we'll buy for additional rooms soon.

Good Buy

I bought 3 at one time based on the reviews and price. I received them four days ago and so far have been extremely pleased! I placed one in the kitchen/dining/living room (all open to each other) and one in the two bedrooms that we use. We have 4 dogs (2 of them labs) that bring in a lot of dirt and dust and of course lots of hair. I dusted and vacuumed really good the day I got the purifiers and have not had to dust since that day and only had to sweep 2 times!! Before I got them I needed to dust and vacuum daily!! I have noticed the man of the house isn't snoring as bad also!! When on high it is a little loud but in the bedrooms it's perfect fo all of us because we like the noise. In the living area I keep them on low/medium when we are watching tv or eating and then on high when we go to bed. My house smells great, nice and clean! These things on top of the germ killing makes them a win win for me!

unit works as stated. I move it to the space I am using. I think it does a great job for small spaces.

So far so good! We have been using it a week and our upstairs no longer has dog smell, even though he's hypoallergenic and doesn't shed.

Although everything is going great since the purchase in 2023, today the light continues to flash telling me to change the filters.Now the filters are changed each time with the right model no but it continues to flash.Qq1 knows the problem or has experienced this problem.Everything is well entered and clanched.

Stopped working

I bought 2 of these in April 2022. Just 7 months later, one of the units kicked the bucket.  I purchased these based on the positive reviews. Buyer beware, these are cheap junk.
