Can be crispy on the outside, but also dense and doughy on the inside.

Slots are too small, hindering toasting performance.

Toasts evenly on all settings. The dials being large and in a contrasting color really make the settings easier to see.  Overall we are very pleased!

Very pleased with this toaster

POP!

-It worked superbly, with my toast coming out nice and deep golden. The springs ARE a little powerful, so take that into account. Other han that, I look forward to many a morning having my toast and coffee.

It is a very good product.

This is a great toaster and works well and has lots of good feature and settings. The only problem with it was it had a noticeable dent on the one side and as there was no problem with the packaging or shipping as I could see I have to think it was poor quality inspection. Because it is a toaster and was on sale and not a big appliance and I have mobility problems I chose it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it for replacement which is I am sure they were hoping for when they ignored the dent.

Attractive and solidly built. The mechanism for raising and lowering the bread seems a little less solid than the overall build. Time will tell whether the unit will stand up to practically daily use. 
 A word about the experience of dealing with Walmart. I'm not their biggest fan but I must say that from start to finish it was a positive experience. I had a problem with the initial order. It was billed correctly but was scheduled to be delivered to an old address. There was a number on the invoice to call with any problems. I phoned. Connected within a minute. The lady was efficient and promptly cancelled the first order. She corrected the shipping address and reordered for me. Walmart is lucky to have such employees. The shipping was flawless. Tracking was great. Product arrived as promised in perfect condition and on time.

The toaster sadly doesn't meet Hamilton Beach standards in my opinion. One if the handles is crooked.....and both sides cook the toast uneven. Darker on one side. Very frustrating for a brand new toaster.

Toaster review

Good Toaster, while it works But.....2 out of the 4 sections for slices has malfunctioned and can no longer be used. This after less than 3 months of use, used less than 15 times. Pathetic. Works good, until it breaks because everything manufactured is a dumpster fire now. Thanks Hamilton Beach. Won't buy your brand ever again.

Broken Already Shiny and Pathetic

I received my toaster and for the first couple of days all of the elements worked but after that you had to turn the toaster up on high to get your bread toast. I'm returning it. I love the toaster but for the price it should have all elements working
