its a great glass kettle, it really works very smoothly.  Has a very lovely blue light thats lights up while the water is boiling.  Its a very affordable amd great buy.

So far so good! Enjoy the glass and lights. Perfect size. One thing is you must make sure the lid is closed properly so that the automatic turn-off works, otherwise it may continue to boil. I read about this trick this in another review, not in their manual.

Great glass kettle.

I like the kettle. Two things that I must share. It is quite loud when it boils and I don't like how you open the lid. Other than that, it works well.

after 2 uses bottom of the inside started to show spots. I use filtered water. Was surprised and disappointed

Scaling after 2 uses.

The machine works fine. But am not sure why they don't have the button option to open the lid like they do in the smaller models. My lid has cracked in 4 months

Lid cracked

For one, it's a kettle, so nothing wrong there. I was in desperate need so I picked up one from a reputable company,  however I'm not completely sold on the design of this kettle. The lid is flimsy, and you have to take time when pouring water because you can create a mess when in a hurry(water not properly concealed). 
It wasn't worth the price I paid($39), I then seen it go on sale($29) a couple weeks after. I'm contemplating on returning  it.

Completely dislike

I ordered through Instacart and received a returned product in a box sealed with clear tape.  In addition, the kettle was defective, as it would not sit flush on its base.

Sold a previously returned item

This was not the kettle I expected but didnt realize until I used it. Was a cheaper model and different model #. Had silver on handle and lid was loose. Did not pour proper. It was $10 cheaper than proper model which I ended up purchasing. Misrepresented!

Not the right model

I had a very similar Hamilton beach electric kettle several years ago and it was great so I had high hopes for this as it looked almost the exactly the same. Well it's not good, very disappointed, the quality is not up to par at all. The whole handle is shaky and I feel like it could easily fall off the glass part, also since the handle and the cover are one in the same, the cover does not close snug or make a good seal around the top so when you poor water out it's a mess as water pours out the sides and not just the spout. I am definitely returning this electric kettle and do not recommend!

Disappointing
