I just started using this and I love it.  Most of the time I ask my wife to massage my upper back and neck and know she is relieved that she doesn't have to do this anymore - she has been replaced because this baby knows the exact location of your pain/soreness: because YOU control the exact location. I love how easy it is to get 'just the right spot '. 
I have a chair massager and I like that too , but this has its advantages.  The warming feature works well, not too hot. I like the veritable speed and direction feature. I hope it holds up well. We have had it for a few weeks now with lots of use.

I love how flexible it is!

The rolling the kneading of the knots in my neck and back is better than a massage. You can focus on a spot until you got that kink out. Its the best thing a stressed  out mom and boss could have. I hurt my hands from trying to to get the strain out of my neck but every night i grab this thing before bed to relax

Oh so Great

I have suffered with neck and shoulder muscle spasms for close to 50 years.  I have tried just about everything: meds, PT, stretching exercises, massage therapy, and since I couldn't afford a full time massage therapist, nothing really worked long term.  This is the closest to a deep tissue on demand massage therapist I've found.  And for about the price of one massage.  But you can control the pressure if you want a milder massage.  This is a life saver for me and my tight muscles and knots.  I highly recommend!

This is the best massager I have tried. It is very relaxing and comfortable to your body. All tension is relieved and this product leaves you relaxed. Perfect gift for someone that has a stressful life. I highly recommend this product.

A product worth investing

I liked my first one so much I got a second for use at my folks' place.  This model is so comfortable and easy to use. Powerful motor. Arm slings are comfortable.  Use with a light shirt or the fabric tends to wander around the shiatsu kneaders. The switch is the weakest link on this unit.  I replaced the cheap switch with something from Radio Shack when it broke a few years ago because I couldn't stand to throw the rest of the unit away.  Too bad some procurement bloke got such a cheap switch to go with such a nice product.

My second one in ten years

Massager works great, really digs in. Glad I had it shipped to Store Pick UP, that way UPS or USPS didn't throw the package over the fence.

I have purchased approx.4(I lost track) of these massagers over the last 3 or 4 years.I absolutely love the therapeutic benefits of the massager.I am a carpenter with neck and back problems.This is my most important tool.I use it every day,it keeps me going,ill never be without one(IF they keep making it).THAT is also why I have purchased so many.It may work 10 months,10 weeks,or 10 days.I just got one out of the box last week that already has problems with switch.Cmon people,these fixes are not that hard.Please HURRY and send back the warranty one I just sent you.its like oxygen to me.need it

I bought this product recently. I unboxed it, read the manual, plugged it in and used it for about 10 seconds. Then it stopped working and won't turn on again. I have returned it, unfortunately I had to pay the shipping to return it which is rather annoying. For a product that was supposed to be relaxing it has been a big disappointment.
