I bought this vac a few weeks ago and it's the first time I've owned a Shark. I have to say that I absolutely love it so far. I have 2 large shedding dogs and 2 kids that love to play on the floor so I needed something that can really get our 
 hardwoods and area rugs clean. When I charged the vac for the first time, I took it around for a spin and couldn't believe the amount of hair and dust that it pulled out of my rugs AFTER I'd already vacuumed with our old machine. It's truly amazing and my favorite feature is the roller brush that never tangles!! My only negative is that it doesn't have a base or wall anchor so it's difficult to store and it doesn't stand up on its own. Otherwise, it's a  dream!

Will this replace my big Shark Liftaway I bought years ago?  No. Will I ever use a Swiffer dust mop again?  Probably not. Love this little vac. Does a great job on my kitchen floor. Easy to maneuver around table and chairs. Gets into the baseboard pretty good also. It does a good job as a quick vacuum on carpets also. I have a small house so I have no issues with the battery. The only issue is it doesn't stand on its own. But I just shove it in the closet and slam the door - problem solved.

Great Quick Vacuum

Bought a month ago and just like my last Shark (that my kids broke not Shark's fault) it works perfectly! I've tried about 4 other brands in the last 9 months and I'm ashamed I just didnt stick to Shark from the get go! Vacuums smallest crumbs. Leaves no trail. Dont have to vaccum same area twice. Lightweight enough to carry but packs a punch. Love it!! Worth every penny!!

I already have one Shark Pet vacuum, but it is an electrical cord type and is about 5 years old.  It still works really well, but I thought that maybe a cordless would save me some time and the new vacuum had a self-cleaning brushroll. That is important because I have two Huskies, who shed all year around. 
     Well, I received my new vacuum in a couple of days and charged it up.  It and me went through a 1702 square foot house in about 30 minutes.  It is not only lighter than my older Shark, but has all of the moves that the older Shark has with none of the problems. I love it!  Every home should have one of these.  I use it every day.  My older Shark is now a back-up.

Speeds Up the Vacuuming Chores!

We bought it to replace a similar vacuum for which we were unable to get a replacement battery. Although this one is noisier it works as well or better.

I've had it about a month now and I really don't like it all that much. It's not what I expected. It's extremely LOUD. Through the course of your whole house cleaning you have to CARRY the attachments with you the whole time or have them within close reach all of the time. I used velcro sticky on one side and placed it on each of the attachments and on the stick part of the vacuum. SHARK could have thought of placement of the 2, yes 2 attachments. That's why SHARK if paying those BIG BUCKS to those enginerr's for.

IT'S  OK

We have had this vacuum a few weeks now. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog that sheds pretty bad, so the self cleaning brush roll was huge for us. Unfortunately, everything builds up behind/above the brush roll and clogs the shaft, losing all suction. Will probably return.

Clogs up and loses suction

I've had my cordless shark about 2 weeks. I had a different shark for years and loved it. I lost it when my apartment was destroyed in a storm.  So here  I am In a new place a decided I'd get a cordless it would be easier with my bad back. I have 3 dogs and 2 of them shed. I have no carpet. I get some pretty narly dust bunnies. I vacuum every other day. So far I've noticed it seems I'm just pushing the hair around.  It doesn't pick up the larger dust bunnies just the loose hair. I'm having to sweep before I use the vacuum.   This just isn't working.  The bottom got clooged with dog hair and I had to use a knife to get it out. It was just dog hair for crying out loud. I just vacuumed and I cant tell. :(

I'm drowning in dog hair.

Right out the box the item seem to box the item seemed to be average built and slick. We charged the vacuum prior to using it. When we used it for the first time the vacuum was extremely loud. Vacuum lacked power and does not do well on area rugs. It struggles to vacuum and doesn't even pick up cereal off the floor.

Loud and Lack of Suction.

I have two siberian huskies and a long haired dachsund. They won the battle. The vacuum clogged up this morning. The self-cleaning brush needed cleaning and the rubber bladed roller does not pick up the fur like your roller brush model. That is the reason that I bought this one.

Sorry. I wanted to love this but it's coming back
