This microwave was great but I was super annoyed when I first time I used it I couldn't open the microwave door and assumed it was broken and almost forced the door off and was about to return it - finally read the owners manual and learned it had a 2-step child safety open process must press stop then the open button - I was able to disable this but super annoying as it should come out of the box without it doing this - 99% of customers just want to open the darn door

Great product price ratio, only con is that you get visible fingerprint marks on the microwave easily which isn't so easy to remove/clean.

It's fine. Bought it cause I needed one last minute and thought delivering it was a good idea. A week later… it's tiny and a microwave. Would have just waited to find a good one.

This oven was defective, power was on but did not heat, food came out the same temperature. Exchanged for a different brand.

worked for 3 days - then started flashing and beeping - would not stop. unplugged  and that did not stop it when plugged in again. Would not recommend it at all to anyone. Returned it after 4 days and bought different brand. would give 0 stars
