Excellent thin waffle maker.  This is the 2nd time we've purchased this (we use it nearly daily and wanted the extra speed of having 2).  Works great even for our specialty waffles (grain free, gluten free, dairy free, etc.).  Let the machine fully heat up (orange light comes on!) before adding batter and it works great.  We generally use it on full heat.  Just don't use metal utensils so the coating doesn't get scratched.

I wanted something that would mimic Waffle House waffles and this waffle iron is perfect. I like thin waffles with a little crunch and this gives me exactly what I want. I'm almost positive it has less carbs than a thick Belgian waffle. Love it

Great product. I've been doing waffles since I bought it, no problem (Just follow the instructions for the temperature/time. They are not big but heart shaped as I wanted so all good.

This item is great creative and efficient. Cooking waffles made easy. Also easy to clean

I was excited to find this waffle maker, I'm not a fan of Belgian size waffles. I wanted the old fashion thinner ones. This makes them just a little thinner than the makers we had 20 years ago. But I love them. My mom has already ordered her one too and she likes hers also.

bought this for my sweetheart on valentines day. I liked the heart shaped design. I would of liked the holes to be deeper. Felt like I was eating a pancake instead of a waffle. It made fluffy waffles.

The waffles that result are VERY thin -- almost like you would use more for a dessert than for breakfast. My last waffle maker just died after 20 years and I wanted to replace it with a heart-shaped since my kids always enjoyed that. I didn't want a Belgian waffle maker since those are too thick, but this one was entirely too thin. I have to go buy another one that will produce a decent waffle -- I just have to forgo the heart shape. Overall, I would not buy this one again and would not recommend it. Too thin, the waffles are too small, it doesn't whistle when done so you have to stand next to it the entire time, and it doesn't get hot enough -- it took approximately 5-6 minutes for each waffle to get brown (not dark, mind you, just brown) so that it wasn't completely floppy.

So/so product - would not buy it again.
