These are my go to meal prep containers.  With almost 3 cups capacity. it provides enough room for one adequate serving.  They are very easy to clean and they also can go in the microwave.  They will breakdown after continuous use and I do throw them away once they are no longer in good condition.  But typically you can use these for a few months before you have to do throw them out.

I do not worry about foods leaking or spilling out.  I know the lid is secured when I hear it click on all four sides. Knowing that nothing is coming out makes me feel safe that nothing is getting in  They are stackable and come in different sizes, I am using them for things around the house.  l use then for storing buttons,  beads and other things I use for DIY projects.
