I started buying Sun/Snow Joe last year. I started with the electric mower.  I moved in October to a place that has no outside access to electricity so I have to fight with cords outside of windows.  Then winter came and I bought a Snow Joe. No more shoveling. Love it.  Spring came and fought with the extension cords out the windows. So I treated myself to the battery operated mower and trimmer. OMG!!! Now i mow twice a week instead of every other week. I added the SunJoe sprinklers.  I bought 7 Joe products so far.   Im not stoppin till I own everything I need to make my life easier. Works better than expected. Did break plastic cutter, but once you get the nack was able to do entire front and back and it even cut larger weeds. Am wondering however will it be possible to get more plastic cutters?

it is so lightweight but gets the weeds cut perfectly. just perfect for someone who can't lift the heavy trimmers, and i love the battery!

Cordless trimmer

First thing first, if you like me saw that this has a telescoping pole it is not. The length is fixed and no way to change it. The folding hand hold does adjust, but if you are short it may not help.
Based on other reviews wasn't sure if we'd like it or not. But it was easy to put together and it worked fine out of the box and we've gone through the supplied cutters in less than a week. No, the yard isn't that big and we only trimmed grass. Still glad we got it.

Over all happy with it.

Bought because its lightweight and no chord to deal with. First use and blade broke off. I wasnt strong enough to change blade out. Had to call my grandson to change blade out. Not my best purchase. I bought this product because I have their ekec power washer and it works.

Not real happy

We put this product together & charged it. The housing fell off. We put it back on. It fell off again. The clip was broken. The spinning cutter broke. We put another one on. The second cutter broke. This product didn't last 10 minutes. Customer service is non existent. NO one answers the phone?? NO one answers my e-mails. I guess I won't be getting my money back.

Worst Product I Have Ever Bought

You need to redesign this with wire not blades! I broke 5-6 blades on first use! How I am gonna get more blades all the time?
