Absolutely love this grill although I just purchased two of them this past week. I assembled them both in an hour. Easy assembling! The grill is heavy duty and I fired them both on this past Saturday and oh my, my, my! Great experience! Everything was beautiful as we enjoyed the great grilled food (steaks, ribs, chicken, hamburger, hot dogs, thin pork chops, shrimp skewers, and corn-on-the-cob) around the fire pit with plenty of laughter. I highly recommend this grill and especially for the price! Very happy and cannot wait until the weekend to fire it you again if not before!🤣🤣🤣

Love this, Love the features of being able to adjust how close the flame is to my food easy to use great control very happy with this grill would and have recommended it however setup can be time consuming and the instructions can be a bit confusing but if you're savvy putting stuff together and following instructions it should be a synch

Great purchase Excellent grill

I love this grill. It's so easy to use and much more substantial than my last grill. I prefer using charcoal instead of a gas grill and this one is exceptional. It raises and lowers the heat by hand cranking and has 4 vents to adjust airflow. The lid has a thermometer to measure the temperature as well as specially created handles to ensure safety from burning of the operator. A collapsible side table with 3 hooks for utensils is an added bonus. As is the inside rack for vegetables. All in all I am very pleased with this grills design and functionality.

Awesome Charcoal Grill!!

Economical grill that is very functional. Solidly built with thicker gauge steel than most "cheap" grills. The fire box lowers up and down with a front handle very smoothly. It has an ash catcher that slides in and out, it appears built out of a stainless steel with a nice large handle. It has four air-vents to help with controlling the pits fire. The grill is great for cooking steaks, chicken, hamburgers and hotdogs. You would have a hard time cooking a brisket on it but could smoke it for a while then finish off in the stove. For the price and quality of the build, it's well worth the money over those little hotdog grills that are pretty much worthless..

24" Charcoal Grill

I bought an earlier version of this same barbecue, at the same price, 15 years ago and it's lasted all this time but had to be tossed from rust and old age. I'm 74 years old with lots of arthritis so I took my time putting this BBQ together. I only had trouble with a few details, but that was because of my limitations. Most of the directions were easy to understand, and I was impressed by how clearly all the parts were marked. I am absolutely amazed at how much of an upgrade Walmart has made to this BBQ - every part of it is solid and heavy duty, the side table is twice as big, the adjustable tray is also thicker and will withstand wood or charcoal easily. I anticipate another 15 years of use! The only flaw I found was that some of the pictures in the directions were awful. Lucky for me I've put lots of things together, so I was able to work it out but someone else might need an extra set of eyes to help. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend this barbecue.!!

A     for this Walmart BBQ!!!

I have had one extremely similar to this one, probably manufactured the same place just relabled brand name, but when my first one fell out of the back of a pickup truck it was destroyed. I very much enjoyed the old one for 10 years, and am thrilled to find one that has the quality that is hard to believe like this one.

Rock Solid

I love this grill, brought to have a second grill for a family reunion, it cooks your meat very well. I love the adjustable pan that holds the charcoal, adjust close to your meat or away from your meat. It has several vents to allow smoke out and it also has an additional rack to hold other meat. It is worth the money and I would recommend it to amateur as well as professional  cooker.

Griller

I love this grill.  It is the perfect size for the amount of food that I will be cooking on it.  Someone complained about the temperature control in their review of this grill saying that they could not get the temperature below 450 degrees.

The first time that I used this grill, I laid the charcoal briquettes out in a charcoal fuse (also known as the snake method, just google it).  I also put some apple wood chunks on top of the charcoal.  I also added a foil pan with about 2 inches of water in it.  The grill stayed at 225 degrees for a little over 5 hours.  I cooked/smoked two full racks of baby back ribs, which turned out awesome.  Excellent flavor.

Great grill for what I wanted out of grill

The only issue has to do with the manual crank to raise and lower the charcoal table under the grilling surface. During its first use, it bound up, I assume, due to the high temps while grilling. While I haven't done it yet, I am hopeful that some high-temperature silicone grease will solve the issue.

On July 3, I purchased this grill at the last minute so we could BBQ for the Fourth. I stayed up most of the night assembling it. I loved the look of it and it seemed very nice for the price of $94.  On July 4, I added regular Kingsford charcoal to the grill and fired it up with a lighter. Well fire is exactly what happened. Fire was coming out of the vents and the grill grate. I had to get my heat resistant gloves to close the hood because the fire was getting scary and dangerous. while trying to put out some of the coal. I noticed that every part of the grill that was made of plastic was melting off.  Horrified I Extinguished the grill fire. Needless to say the BBQ was over. I ended up cooking on the stove so my house wouldnt burn down. I returned this death trap of a grill the next day to Walmart without further incident.
