Ease Of Use

Can be sleek, but also prone to minor issues.

Can be fast and efficient, but also inconsistent in flavor extraction.

Simple setup and operation are characteristic of this product.

The coffee maker came when promised. It looks great, makes good coffee, easy to use. Power button is sensitive.  The pot does not leak when filling. It is a little hard to totally fill.  I like the coffee maker very much and am very satisfied  with it and it looks great sitting on my counter.

i am more of a tea lover but my husband on the other hand loves coffee. We just got this coffee make a week ago and he is already obsessed with it. I particularly love the fact that there is a regular and bold brew so we can choose.
the sleekness of the appliance also adds a facelift to my counter top.

I have no complaints with this coffee maker, the reusable filter is so great and helps you do your part in helping the environment. Makes coffee very smooth too!

Very good coffee machine

Love the way this looks in our kitchen. Super modern alongside the digital toaster and kettle in the collection. My husband has enjoyed his morning coffee much more lately and it's the perfect temperature. Also able to get a great cup of coffee much quicker!

Great look and makes coffee quickly

It makes decent coffee so I’ll recommend it. If you’re left handed or restricted on where it’s placed on the counter, you might want to keep looking. The fill hole is larger on the right (both left and right could be larger), the left side fill hole is almost unusable, the reservoir window is only viewable on the left side (boo!) and the carafe is only marked on one side (boo again!). Such easy and cheap fixes that would make it a really nice  machine.

Not for lefty’s

Low quality product, cheap plastic, whole chassis gets hot while brewing coffee, areas around hotplate gets extremely hot because of the cheap plastic. Touch controls are not restricted by the boundaries of the buttons, when you touch an area close to a button, it gets activated even if you don't push the button so unintentional button clicks are inevitable. Reusable filter is ultra cheap and the filter is wiggly compared to high end gold plated filters. When using the carafe to add water for desired level of cups, last part always gets spilled around because of the design of top hatch that opens 90 degrees but no more. 

Overall you are getting what you are paying for, I will buy a Braun KF7370 next time which costs twice the amount but has better materials.

Bang for your buck

not sure if i teceived a defective machine, but there was some odd high pitched noise emanating from the device that irritates me and my dog.  if it wasnt making this sound constantly just from being plugged in, i would keep rather than deal with hassle of return.  will plug it back in tmmrw and see if problem remains.  too bad, i liked everything else about it. .
