For as much as some of these figures cost individually, I'd say to get 7 figures and a game concept is worth the cost. Pretty easy to put together and the rules are simple. My grandson is 6 and he loves Mario. So, he loves this game and that's what matters most!

Make sure your surface is EXTREMELY flat. Also ball is pretty loud when dropping. A wonderful game nonetheless. 4 year old LOVES IT

My kids played with this for about 10 minutes because they got frustrated that it kept falling apart. The little paddle stands just sit in the holes, they don't snap in, so they fall of constantly, and the slots for the top piece to fit into were either not cut/molded appropriately, or the the design sucks, because the top of the tower falls off at the slightest touch. Not worth $21.00 (or around that amount). I know how to assemble toys (and furniture, etc).. not a novice here. We'll probably use the figures to decorate a cake or something.
