I have NEVER owned any kitchenaid items, and when he surprised me with it I was FLOORED. It's so quiet!! I made whipped cream in under 45 seconds!!! My last mixer, it truly took a solid 4-5 minutes!! I am officially in love with kitchenaid, & have my eye on the small stand mixer for SURE.

The design of it is so much better than the one it's replacing- the area where the attachments are installed are covered well- and the vents for air intake and exhaust are nice and small- will help to keep ingredients from being sucked in or splashed into.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've made three batches of (different) cookies and two icings far. I haven't used the whisk attachment yet, but I love the rubber edge beaters for cookies. The dough is a bit more difficult to get off the heaters than a full metal beater, but it's so much quieter because of the rubber and I don't need to use my spatula much at all to combine the ingredients around the edge or bottom of the bowl. So happy to have multi speed too. My las Hand mixer had only one speed which lead to puffs of flour and powdered sugar everywhere.

It's aesthetically pleasing. I also love the size. I live in a small apartment, and space is a premium. This small mixer doesn't take up much space, so it's easy for me to store. However, don't think because it is small, it is weak. This mixer packs a punch. It also offers variety with 6 speeds. The box comes with the items in the picture. I love that it comes with a wisk. I can't recommend this mixer enough.

I don't know if that's because of the flexible edge beaters but they do a good job mixing! I also like the finish so it matches my appliances...not that I'll leave it out beside them all the time but it does make it look really fancy.

It is made pretty good not cheap quality. The six speeds makes mixing nice as you have 6 speeds to control what you are mixing. The flex edge beaters are an awesome idea. You no longer her all that clatter of the beaters against the bowl. It is super quiet. Nice job Kitchen Aide on a awesome product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most amazing hand blender you will ever get. First of all let's talk about how beautiful it looks. I originally was hesitant about the color I was getting but this baby blue is so beautiful and eclectic. It powers up so smooth and fast as those nice big professional mixers but I love that it's so small and portable and most of the time I'm not even reaching for my professional countertop mixer. It blends really fast and the  storage of how you keep the beaters is very smart. This is my go to for mixer because if I'm not beating something 5+ minutes, this gets the job in a matter of seconds. I cannot stress how important it is that this speeds up in the proper manner and it's a smooth mix. Just trust me and get this you will not be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid makes some of the best kitchen appliance's in my opinion. So is this hand held mixer. It's small and easy to use yet it does the job well. It has several power settings and appears quite durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very easy to use hand mixer with 6 speed settings. Not too loud but it still quickly whips up eggs and cake batters without any difficulty. I like to whip up my cake batters to bake fluffier cakes, so this is really nice to have on hand in the kitchen. The mixer isn't heavy at all, it is only about 3lbs or so. Any heavier and I think my arm would be tired after using it for long periods of time. 

For me, the only thing left to be desired is an improved storage solution. The storage clip that it comes with is a good way to not lose the beater and whisk attachments but it doesn't really address a bigger problem in my book. The problem being hand mixers are typically odd shaped and hard to store. I would have much preferred a storage case that keeps all the components together and makes it stackable on a shelf. 

Very handy mixer

I have a KitchenAid 6 Speed Hand Held mixer (Model: KFC3516ER) that I've used only three times and the black plastic/flex  portion of the beaters is peeling off into my cookie dough. What can be done to correct this?
