This is exactly the product I am looking for!  Excellent sturdy glass and stainless steel construction teapot, the lid is firmly locked to ensure safety, but can be easily removed when filling the pot with water. Heat 5000 ml to boiling in 4-5 minutes and keep it at the selected temperature for 5-10 minutes.

Love this tea kettle! After about 10 years I had to part ways with my electric kettle and wanted an upgrade. This machine is awesome. I love that it has multiple temp settings since I drink black, green and herbal teas. The fact that it will hold the temp if I walk away for a bit is also fabulous. I've only tried brewing loose leaf in the kettle once but it also works well and will probably do this more now rather than just a cup at a time. Very pleased with it after about 2 months of use!

Works well and Simple!

I used the pot for over a month. I love it so much that I need to write a review to share this great product. This is a wonderful tea pot. I love it so much. Since I bought this pot, I make the herb tea daily. It is must use item daily. The pot size is perfect for 2-3 people. The herb tea I make included dry fig, red bean and Goji berry, the tea are ready within 5 mins, and the pot also can keep warm. Also all the part of the pot can be remove, super easy to wash. Love it ~ I recommend to my friends too.

" This is a solid quality kettle with a strix element. I only use it to heat water to the appropriate temperature, and need a variable temperature kettle to work for my needs. I prefer to brew my tea in a separate cup or container and so haven't used the included infuser. So possibly it's a little on the expensive side for a water-only kettle. But it looks nice on the countertop and is solidly built. Seems like it will perform well for a long time. And the ring at the bottom of the kettle feels like silicone (not plastic). So assumably the water itself is only coming into contact with glass/ stainless/ silicone. FYI when you actually pour, the water really doesn't contact the lid itself. "

Really well made and nice on countertop

One of the best tea pot I have ever used! Overall design is the perfect mix of traditional tea pot shape with modern techs. Build quality is superb to every detail. No sharp edges or rough surface whatsoever. Rarely seen a tea pot being polished so through even the metal electrical contact circle is buttery smooth. The glass they use for the pot must be high grade rated, you wont be able to see much distortion through it. All the plastic parts are nicely aligned and the rubberized handle offers a very comfortable grip. The locking function of the lid is one of my favorite, the damping setting is just at the right amount which you won't feel too loose or tight. Boiling time is super fast and the per-programmed temperature buttons are designed for 5 major type of teas, so each tea can be cooked at their proper temperature for best tasting. Auto warm keep function is another huge plus ensure your tea is always ready to enjoy.

Best tea pot

This is a great kettle. No matter if your just heating water or making a full pot of tea, it's efficient and fast. The filter slips in and out easily and the different temperature selections make sure you always use the correct temperature for the perfect tea. Stays warm so you can go back for more without reheating and also has an automatic shut off in case you forget about it. It's a lovely addition to your kitchen.

Extremely Nice!

Not happy with the product. After using it for only 2 times, half of the surface showed brown spots like corrosion. I am not sure how this can happen if this is an stainless still product. Returned the product to Walmart.
